总体流程
资格：美国公民子女必须年满 21 岁
申请：申请人向美国公民及移民服务局提交 I-130 表格
1）申请I-130（移民签证申请）及支持文件，如G-28、申请人的美国居留证明（入籍证明或绿卡）、美国公民的出生证明、受益人文件等。
2）美国移民局审核I-130申请并批准
-父母的流程（居住在美国境外）： I-130 批准后，将进行领事处理（在美国大使馆/领事馆申请），如果获得批准，将获得移民签证
-父母流程（在美国）：身份调整，同时提交 I-485 表格，面试，如果获得批准，则获得绿卡
