Petition: U.S. Employer

1. Filing the I-129 Petition – Employer Files the I-129 (Nonimmigrant Work Petition) & Supporting documents

2. USCIS Processing – Once filed, the petition is reviewed and approved by USCIS.

3. Consular Processing –

If applicant is outside the U.S.: After I-129 Approval, completing Form DS0-160, consular processing will occur
